Dirk Cilliers, as the founding member of Monkeynastix, started a unique franchise system out of a natural love for movement more than 20 years ago, innate creativity and a wonder lust for adventure. The same wonderful mix of creativity has also given birth to MNX001 SPACE. He took further inspiration from the Universe that ensconces our planet and is delivering a fun & interactive programme to your Classroom.
Each product has been uniquely designed by your CEO (and Captain of the Enterprise) to create an adventure with a purpose…the fun elements also include; fostering a love for the Universe, the Earth and preserving it.
With MNX001 SPACE you are encouraged to add an extra 5 minutes to the classes to include new elements of engineering and creativity where children make their own hand apparatus or assist in assembling larger pieces of equipment. Most of the equipment is made mostly from recycled materials.
We believe that MNX001 is going to change the way kids think and participate in activities at schools. They will CREATE, CO-OPERATE, INNOVATE, LEARN, TEACH, SHARE, GIVE & RECEIVE•••and MOVE!!

In his own words
In Dirk’s own words when describing his latest brain child, ‘I have visualized myself as a little boy in my room, at home which I can still see completely in my mind’s eye, turning it into a space station with aliens, turbines etc. with endless ideas’.
Boarding Pass
Dr. Adriana Marais, who is on the 100 list for the Mars One Mission, said the two most important things aboard that spaceship is teamwork and exercise. MNX001 SPACE provides both in a NEW, FUN and EXCITING way!
Nintendo recently launched Nintendo Labo, which integrates technology with items made of cardboard materials like a piano, a spider and a fishing rod. All this is made possible with an interface called Nintendo Switch.
Mathematically there are endless combinations of activities with MNX001
New classes will include: comets traveling through space, UFO’s landing on the moon, danger zones, rockets, jet packs, pylons, turbines, torpedoes and missiles.
A reward system in the form of Space Coins is implemented to boost participation in all the activities.
